Good Faith Estimate.

Out-of-network providers like me are required to provide a written Good Faith Estimate of fees, and to notify you that your costs will likely be lower if you choose an in-network provider instead. The “good faith estimate” of your initial session is $300, as stated. After this, your costs depend on whether and how long you choose to continue working with me. You may cancel sessions without penalty given at 48 hour advance notice, or end our working relationship at any time. If you have any questions about this, please ask.
